Join us at the Henrico Theatre on September 26th for EVERYBODY LOVES PIRATES by FROGTOWN MOUNTAIN PUPPETEERS.
Eight-year-old Lucy and her goofy pal Little Chucky are searching for buried treasure, but a gang of bumbling pirates keeps getting in the way! The kids get some help from their new ocean-dwelling friends, including enthusiastic superhero Lobster Boy, his reluctant sidekick Crabby, and an overgrown sea monkey.
“Everybody Loves Pirates” features 15 hand-crafted mouth and rod puppets and an 8 foot paper-mache pirate ship. Guaranteed to make you go, "ARRGGHH!"
Performances at 10:30am and 1pm -- FREE! Reservations recommended, but not required.
RVA Circus Arts Camp
Begun in 2013, RVA Circus Arts Camp is an awesome experience where children can SOAR, figuratively and literally! Our camp features puppetry (of course!), clowning, juggling, balancing, and aerial arts, courtesy of Host of Sparrows Aerial Circus! We are thrilled to partner with them each year.
Our 2026 camp was a LOT of fun, and we are already making plans for 2027. Hope to see you there!
